The FYPF1504DNTU is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode array from ON Semiconductor, featuring two diodes in a common cathode configuration. This device is designed for high-frequency switching applications such as switched-mode power supplies and freewheeling diodes.
Each diode has a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 40V and an average rectified current rating of 5A at a case temperature of 120°C. The forward voltage drop is low, with a maximum of 0.55V at 7.5A and 25°C, and 0.67V at 15A. Reverse leakage current is 1mA at 25°C and increases to 60mA at 125°C.
