The FYP2045DNTU is a Schottky barrier rectifier array from On Semiconductor, featuring a 1 pair common cathode configuration in a TO-220-3 through-hole package. This device is designed for high-frequency switching applications such as switched-mode power supplies and freewheeling diodes. It offers a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 45V and an average rectified forward current of 20A at a case temperature of 120°C. The forward voltage drop is as low as 0.55V at 10A (25°C) and 0.70V at 20A (25°C), ensuring efficient operation.
The junction temperature range is -65°C to 150°C, and the thermal resistance from junction to case is 2.2°C/W per diode. The device also features a guard ring for over-voltage protection and high surge current capability of 150A per diode. The TO-220-3 package is suitable for through-hole mounting, providing robust mechanical and thermal performance.
