The FXL2TD245L10X from On Semiconductor is a configurable dual-voltage-supply translator that facilitates uni-directional and bi-directional voltage translation between two logic levels. It supports translation between voltages as high as 3.6 V and as low as 1.1 V, with the A Port tracking VCCA and the B Port tracking VCCB. This allows for flexible translation across various voltage levels including 1.2 V, 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V.
Key features include independent direction controls for each of the two bits and an OE input that disables both ports by placing them in a 3-STATE condition when HIGH. The device also offers power-off protection, ensuring outputs remain in a 3-STATE condition if either VCC is removed. Control pins are referenced to the VCCA voltage.
This translator is supplied in a 10-MicroPak™ (1.6 mm x 2.1 mm) chipscale package, suitable for surface mounting. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C (TA). The device is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL of 1.
