The Intel FW82801FBM is an I/O Controller Hub 6-M, designed for embedded computing applications. It is a key component of the Mobile Intel 915GME Express Chipset, offering an optimized integrated graphics solution with a 400 MHz and 533 MHz front-side bus.

This chipset features the Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 900 (Intel® GMA 900) architecture, operating at core speeds up to 333 MHz. It supports up to 2 GB of DDR2 533 MHz system memory and provides a PCI Express x16 graphics interface. Connectivity includes Direct Media Interface (DMI) with speeds up to 1 GB/s, four USB 2.0 host controllers supporting up to eight ports with 480 Mb/s bandwidth, and four x1 PCI Express ports.

Further integration includes the Intel® High Definition Audio interface for surround sound and a LAN Connect Interface (LCI) for flexible network solutions. It also features an integrated Serial ATA host controller supporting two ports with data transfers up to 1.5 MB/s. The FW82801FBM is validated with Intel Pentium M and Celeron M processors on a 90nm process, ensuring long-term system reliability over wide operating conditions.
