The Samtec FW-12-05-L-D-295-137-A is a 24 position, 2 row board spacer/stacker header from the FW series. It features a 1.27mm (0.050") pitch and row spacing, making it suitable for high-density board-to-board stacking applications. The connector has a stacker height of 7.493mm (0.295") and a post height of 3.480mm (0.137").
The contacts are gold plated with 10µin thickness over 50µin nickel, ensuring reliable electrical connections. The insulator is made of black Liquid Crystal Polymer, providing good mechanical and thermal properties. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C.
The connector is surface mount with solder termination, and it includes an alignment pin (-A option) for accurate placement during assembly. It is lead-free solderable and compatible with RoHS processing requirements.
