The insulator is molded from black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating.

 

This header is rated for 3.4A per pin (2 pins powered) and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. It is designed for surface mount soldering with a maximum lead coplanarity of 0.10mm. The push-pull fastening type allows for easy mating and unmating with compatible Samtec connectors such as the CLP, FLE, and FFSD series.
