The FTS-110-02-L-DV is a 20-position, 2-row header from Samtec's FTS series of micro low profile terminal strips. It features a 1.27mm (0.050") pitch for high-density applications and is unshrouded with a push-pull fastening type. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a tin finish (10µin) and are rated for 3.4A per contact (2 pins powered). The insulator is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a flammability rating of UL94 V-0.
The header uses the -DV row option (double vertical SMT) and the -02 lead style (1.91mm post length), which mates with Samtec's FLE series cable assemblies. It is designed for surface mount soldering and has a maximum SMT lead coplanarity of 0.004" (0.10mm). The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C.
This component is suitable for board-to-board and cable-to-board interconnects where a low-profile, high-density solution is required. It is processed with lead-free solderable terminals.
