FTR-110-01-G-D-P

The Samtec FTR-110-01-G-D-P is a 20-position, dual-row header from the FTR series featuring a 1.27mm pitch. It is designed for surface mount (SMD) attachment and is unshrouded, making it ideal for board-to-board stacking applications. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with 10µin gold plating, providing reliable conductivity and corrosion resistance. The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, ensuring safe operation in a wide temperature range from -55°C to +125°C (with gold plating).

This header supports up to 3.8A per pin when two pins are powered and can withstand 290 VAC. It incorporates a plastic pick and place pad for automated assembly, compatible with standard process equipment. The terminal tails are designed for solder termination, and the part is lead-free solderable as confirmed by the manufacturer. With an SMT lead coplanarity maximum of 0.10mm, it ensures reliable solder joint formation.
