The insulator is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) and contacts are phosphor bronze with 10µin gold plating on the mating surface and matte tin on the termination tails.

 

The header is unshrouded with a push-pull fastening type and includes a plastic pick and place pad for automated assembly. Packaging is tube (29 parts per tube) with a tape and reel option available. It is RoHS compliant, REACH compliant (no SVHCs), halogen free, and has MSL Level 1 moisture sensitivity. Mating connectors include the Samtec CLM and MLE series sockets.
