The FSV530AF is a Schottky barrier rectifier from ON Semiconductor designed for low voltage, high frequency applications. It offers a maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage of 30V and an average forward current of 5A. The device features a low forward voltage drop of 0.54V maximum at 5A, which reduces power dissipation and improves efficiency. With a fast reverse recovery time of 15.72 ns typical, it is suitable for switching power supplies and DC-DC converters. The junction capacitance is 159 pF typical at 0V bias. The device is housed in a compact DO-214AD (SMAF) surface mount package with a maximum height of 1.0 mm, enabling space-constrained designs.
