The FSV360FP is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for surface mount applications. Manufactured by On Semiconductor, this device is rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 60V and an average forward current of 3A. It features a low forward voltage drop of 0.65V maximum at 3A, which enhances efficiency in power supply designs. The device also offers a high surge capacity of 80A peak forward surge current (8.3ms single half sine-wave).
With a typical reverse recovery time of 10.62ns, it is suitable for fast switching applications. The junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, with a typical thermal resistance junction-to-ambient of 140°C/W. The part is housed in a compact SOD-123EP (SOD-123HE) package, featuring an ultra-thin profile of maximum 1.0mm height, making it ideal for space-constrained designs.
The FSV360FP is RoHS compliant, Pb-Free, and Halogen Free, with an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited). It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 3000 pieces per reel. This diode is commonly used in power management, reverse polarity protection, and freewheeling diode applications.
