The FSV340AF is a Schottky barrier rectifier from ON Semiconductor, designed for low voltage, high frequency applications. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and an average forward current of 3A. The device features a low forward voltage drop of 0.5V maximum at 3A, enabling high efficiency. With a fast reverse recovery time of 12.62 ns, it minimizes switching losses. The reverse leakage current is 100 µA maximum at 40V and 85°C. The FSV340AF is housed in a surface mount DO-214AD (SMAF) package with an ultra thin profile of 1.0mm maximum height. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
