The FSV2050V is a Schottky rectifier diode designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. It offers a maximum average rectified forward current of 20 A and a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 50 V. The ultra-low forward voltage drop (typical 485 mV at 20 A) minimizes conduction losses, making it ideal for low-voltage, high-current circuits.
The device is housed in a compact TO-277-3 surface mount package (3-PowerDFN) with a very low profile of 1.1 mm typical height. It features low thermal resistance (junction-to-ambient 40°C/W with maximum land pattern) and high surge capability of 320 A non-repetitive peak forward surge current.
The FSV2050V is compliant with RoHS and is lead-free and halogen free. It is suitable for use in power supplies, DC-DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and reverse polarity protection circuits.
