The FSV20150V is an ultra-low VF Schottky rectifier from On Semiconductor, rated for 20A average rectified current and 150V reverse voltage. It features a maximum forward voltage of 840 mV at 20A and a peak forward surge current capability of 270A. The device is built with Trench Schottky technology for low forward voltage drop and low thermal resistance.
Thermal characteristics include junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 100°C/W (minimum land pattern) and 40°C/W (maximum land pattern). The junction-to-lead thermal resistance is 15°C/W when the thermocouple is soldered to the anode and 6°C/W when soldered to the cathode, both measured with minimum land pattern.
The FSV20150V is housed in a TO-277 (3-PowerDFN) surface mount package with a typical height of 1.1 mm. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 5000 units. The device is Pb-free, halogen free, and RoHS compliant.
