The FSV12150V is a 12A, 150V Schottky rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed with Trench Schottky technology for ultra-low forward voltage drop. At 12A forward current, the typical forward voltage is only 0.82V, minimizing conduction losses. The device has a maximum reverse leakage current of 30µA at rated 150V reverse voltage.
The rectifier is capable of withstanding non-repetitive peak surge currents of up to 220A. Operating junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C, and the device exhibits low thermal resistance (junction-to-ambient as low as 40°C/W with maximum land pattern).
It is housed in a compact, low-profile TO-277-3 surface-mount package with a typical height of 1.1mm, suited for space-constrained power designs. The component is Pb-free, halogen free, and RoHS3 compliant, meeting environmental standards. Standard packaging is tape and reel with 5000 units per reel.
