The FSV1060V is a Schottky rectifier diode from ON Semiconductor designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It combines a 60 V maximum reverse voltage with a 10 A average forward current in a compact surface-mount package.
Electrical characteristics include an ultra-low forward voltage drop of 0.52 V maximum (0.47 V typical) at 10 A, a typical junction capacitance of 550 pF at 4 V and 1 MHz, and a maximum non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 280 A. The device exhibits a reverse leakage current of 13 mA typical at high temperature.
The FSV1060V is housed in a TO-277-3 (3-PowerDFN) package with a low profile height of 1.1 mm. Thermal resistance is 105 °C/W typical junction-to-ambient (minimum land pattern) and 18 °C/W junction-to-lead (anode side). Operating junction temperature range is -55 °C to 150 °C.
The rectifier is RoHS compliant, halogen free, and meets MSL 1 per JESD22-A111. Typical applications include mobile chargers, solar panels, and reverse polarity protection.
