The FSV1045V is a Schottky rectifier from onsemi designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It features a 45V reverse voltage rating and can handle 10A of average rectified forward current at TL=105°C. The device delivers an ultra-low forward voltage drop of 0.44V maximum (0.41V typical) at 10A, minimizing conduction losses in demanding applications.
The rectifier is housed in a compact TO-277-3LD surface-mount package with a typical height of 1.1mm, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. It offers low thermal resistance (6°C/W junction-to-lead) and a junction capacitance of 820pF at 4V, supporting high-frequency operation.
