The FSV10150V is an ultra-low VF Schottky rectifier designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 150V and an average rectified forward current of 10A. The forward voltage is typically 0.84V at 10A, enabling low conduction losses.
This device uses trench Schottky technology and offers low thermal resistance. The junction-to-ambient thermal resistance is 100°C/W with a minimum land pattern and 40°C/W with a maximum land pattern. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C.
