It utilizes Trench Schottky technology to achieve an ultra-low forward voltage drop of typically 0.625V at 10A, with a maximum of 0.67V. This rectifier is designed for surface mount assembly in a TO-277-3 package, also known as 3-PowerDFN. It has a very low profile of 1.1 mm typical height.
