The FSL106MR from ON Semiconductor is an integrated Pulse Width Modulator (PWM) and SENSEFET designed for high-performance offline Switch-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS). This device combines an avalanche-rugged SENSEFET with a current-mode PWM control block, minimizing external components for a compact design.
Key features include a 650V internal avalanche-rugged SENSEFET, under 50 mW standby power consumption at 265 Vac no-load condition with Burst Mode, and a precision fixed operating frequency with frequency modulation for EMI attenuation.
