The module features 500V drain-source voltage rating, continuous drain current of 4A at 25°C (2.5A at 80°C), peak current of 10.3A, and RMS current of 1.8A at 80°C with FPWM<20kHz. It is optimized for switching frequencies over 10 kHz and provides 1500 Vrms isolation per UL1557. The built-in high-speed HVIC requires a single supply voltage and accepts 3.3/5V logic-level inputs with Schmitt-trigger interface.

 

The device is housed in a 23-PowerSMD Module with Gull Wing leads (package code SPM5Q-023) for surface mount assembly. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 450 units per reel. The module is RoHS3 compliant and has MSL 1 unlimited moisture sensitivity level.
