The FSA642UMX is configured in a 24-lead UMLP package with dimensions of 2.5 x 3.4 mm, suitable for surface mounting. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and supports a voltage range of 2.65V to 4.3V. The device boasts an 8 kV ESD rating and a >16 kV ESD rating for Power/GND.
