FSA4157L6X

The ON Semiconductor FSA4157L6X is a high-performance Single Pole/Double Throw (SPDT) analog switch designed for low-voltage applications. It offers an ultra-low on-resistance of 1.15 Ohms maximum at 4.5 VCC and operates over a broad VCC range of 1.65 V to 5.5 V. This device is fabricated with sub-micron CMOS technology for fast switching speeds and is designed for break-before-make operation.
