The FSA2567MPX from ON Semiconductor is a low-power, dual double-pole, double-throw (4PDT) analog switch optimized for dual SIM card multiplexing, including WLAN-SIM data and control signals. It dedicates one channel as a supply-source switch.
This device is compatible with SIM card requirements and offers a low on-capacitance of 10 pF for high-speed data transfer and a low on-resistance of 6 Ohm for the data path and 0.4 Ohm for the supply path, ensuring minimal voltage drop. The operating voltage range is from 1.65 V to 4.3 V, with low power consumption of 1 mA maximum. It boasts a wide -3 dB bandwidth of over 160 MHz.
The FSA2567MPX is packaged in a 16-lead MLP (3x3 mm) and is suitable for surface mounting. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
Applications include switching and connector sharing in portable devices such as cell phones, PDAs, digital cameras, printers, and notebook computers, as well as LCD monitors, TVs, and set-top boxes.
The operating voltage range is 1.65 V to 4.3 V.
The typical on-resistance for the data path is 6 Ohm, and for the supply path is 0.4 Ohm.
The typical on-capacitance for the data path is 10 pF.
The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
