The FSA2466UMX from On Semiconductor is a dual Double-Pole, Double-Throw (DPDT) analog switch designed for data and audio applications. It operates with a single supply voltage ranging from 1.65V to 4.45V. This device offers an ultra-low on-resistance of 1.6 Ohms typically, with a flat-switch on-resistance of 0.8 Ohms typically, both measured at a 2.7V supply.
Fabricated with sub-micron CMOS technology, the FSA2466UMX achieves fast switching speeds and is designed for break-before-make operation. It features very low quiescent current, allowing direct interface with baseband processor general-purpose I/Os in mobile handset applications. The switch has a bandwidth of 245 MHz and provides 8 kV HBM ESD protection.
