The FR1B-TP is a 100V, 1A fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by Micro Commercial Components (MCC). Designed for high-efficiency rectification, this diode features a reverse recovery time of 150ns (tested at IF=0.5A, IR=1.0A, Irr=0.25A) and a low forward voltage of 1.3V at 1A.
With a maximum average forward current of 1A (TA=90°C) and a peak forward surge current rating of 30A (8.3ms half sine), the FR1B-TP is suitable for applications requiring moderate power handling and fast switching. The diode is rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V and a maximum DC blocking voltage of 100V.
Housed in a surface-mount DO-214AA (SMB) package, this component is designed for automated assembly and is compatible with high-temperature soldering up to 260°C for 10 seconds. The operating temperature range is -50°C to +150°C, and the junction-to-lead thermal resistance is 15°C/W. The FR1B-TP is RoHS compliant and has a Moisture Sensitivity Level of 1 (unlimited).
Common applications include switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection in various electronic devices.
The maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage is 100V.
The average forward current is 1A at an ambient temperature of 90°C.
The maximum forward voltage is 1.3V at IF=1.0A and TJ=25°C.
The reverse recovery time is 150ns under test conditions: IF=0.5A, IR=1.0A, Irr=0.25A.
It is available in a surface-mount DO-214AA (SMB) package.
The peak forward surge current is 30A for an 8.3ms half-sine wave.
The operating temperature range is -50°C to 150°C.
