The FR107G is a general-purpose fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by Taiwan Semiconductor. It is designed for high-speed switching applications requiring reverse recovery times of up to 500 ns at a forward current of 1 A. The diode has a maximum forward voltage of 1.3 V at 1 A, and a typical junction capacitance of 10 pF at 4 V and 1 MHz. Its operating temperature ranges from -55°C to 150°C.
