The FR107-T is a 1.0A fast recovery rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high efficiency and reliability. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000V and a maximum average forward rectified current of 1.0A. The device offers a fast reverse recovery time of 500ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.
This rectifier is housed in a DO-41 molded plastic package with axial leads, rated UL 94V-0 for flammability. It can operate over a junction temperature range of -65°C to +175°C. Typical junction capacitance is 15pF, and the maximum forward voltage at 1.0A is 1.3V.
Designed for use in power supplies, inverters, and other rectification circuits where fast switching is required. The part is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected, with an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited).
