This load switch integrates two sets of slew-rate controlled, low on-resistance P-channel MOSFET switches. The slew-rate controlled turn-on characteristic effectively prevents inrush current and excessive voltage droop. It offers a typical on-resistance of 50 mOhm at 3.3V per channel and a maximum continuous current of 1.5A per channel.

 

The FPF1320UCX supports seamless power-source transitions between two input power rails using the SEL pin with advanced break-before-make operation. It also features a True Reverse-Current Blocking (TRCB) function to prevent unwanted current flow from output to input during ON/OFF states. The switch is controlled by logic inputs (SEL and EN pins) compatible with low-voltage GPIO signals.

 

Available in a compact 6-bump WLCSP package (1.0 mm x 1.5 mm with 0.5 mm pitch), the FPF1320UCX is ideal for space-constrained applications. It also provides robust ESD protection, exceeding 6 kV for the Human Body Model.
