The FP1008R1-R150-R is a high frequency, high current power inductor from Eaton's FP1008R1 series. It features a ferrite core and unshielded construction, offering an inductance of 150 nH ±10% at 100kHz and 0.1Vrms. The component is rated for 79 A DC current (40°C temperature rise) with a low DC resistance of 0.17 mΩ ±5% at 20°C. Saturation current is 90 A at 25°C, 72 A at 100°C, and 67 A at 125°C. Full load inductance is 108 nH minimum.
Designed for applications such as servers, multi-phase voltage regulators, VRMs, data networking, graphics cards, and point-of-load modules. The inductor operates over -40°C to 125°C ambient plus self-heating and is J-STD-020D solder reflow compliant. It is lead free, halogen free, and RoHS compliant per the datasheet.
The package is a nonstandard surface mount with dimensions 10.80mm x 8.00mm x 8.00mm. This part is not recommended for new designs; the recommended replacement is FP1008R5-R150-R.
