The ON Semiconductor FODM1007R2 is a single-channel DC sensing input optocoupler. It consists of a gallium arsenide infrared light-emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor, housed in a stretched body SOP 4-pin package.
This optocoupler provides a high input-output isolation voltage of 5,000 V ACRMS.
