FOD8343

The ON Semiconductor FOD8343 is a high-speed gate drive optocoupler housed in a 6-pin SOP package. It is designed to drive medium-power IGBT and MOSFET devices, making it suitable for applications such as motor-control inverters and high-performance power systems.
