The ON Semiconductor FOD8316V is an advanced IGBT drive optocoupler designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in high-performance power systems and motor-control inverter applications. It provides a 2.5A peak output current capability, suitable for most 1200V/150A IGBTs.
