The FOD3150ASDV from ON Semiconductor is a 2.5 A output current gate drive optocoupler. It is designed to drive power IGBTs and MOSFETs, making it suitable for applications such as motor control inverters and high-performance power systems.
This optocoupler features high noise immunity, characterized by a minimum common mode rejection of 20 kV/µs. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 15 V to 30 V and offers fast switching speeds with a maximum propagation delay of 500 ns and a maximum pulse width distortion of 300 ns. The device includes Under Voltage LockOut (UVLO) with hysteresis.
