The ON Semiconductor FOD3120 is a high-performance gate drive optocoupler, suitable for driving medium power IGBT and MOSFET devices in applications like motor control inverters and high-performance power systems. It utilizes onsemi's OPTOPLANAR packaging technology and an optimized IC design to achieve high noise immunity, characterized by a minimum common mode rejection of 35 kV/µs.
