FNA41560

The FNA41560 is a Motion SPM 45 module from On Semiconductor that provides a fully-featured, high-performance inverter output stage for AC induction, BLDC, and PMSM motors. It integrates optimized gate drive of the built-in IGBTs to minimize EMI and losses, while also providing multiple on-module protection features including under-voltage lockouts, over-current shutdown, thermal monitoring, and fault reporting. The built-in high-speed HVIC requires only a single supply voltage and translates incoming logic-level gate inputs to the high-voltage, high-current drive signals required to properly drive the module's robust short-circuit-rated IGBTs. Separate negative IGBT terminals are available for each phase to support a wide variety of control algorithms.

Key specifications include a 600V collector-emitter voltage rating, 15A current rating, 5kHz switching frequency, and 2000Vrms isolation rating. The module is through-hole mounted in a 26-PowerDIP package (1.024", 26.00mm). It is designed for motion control applications in home appliances and industrial motors.
