The Schaffner FN9263-1-06 is a compact power entry module combining an IEC 320-C14 male receptacle with a commercial-grade EMI/RFI filter and a single-pole on-off rocker switch. It is rated for a continuous operating voltage of 250 VAC at 1 A and includes a built-in filter with 5.3 mH inductance, 0.1 µF X-capacitor, and 2.2 nF Y-capacitors for conducted noise attenuation.
Designed for panel mounting with a flange, the module uses 0.250" (6.3 mm) quick-connect terminations and requires a rectangular cutout of 29.20 mm x 33.20 mm. The housing meets IP40 protection and UL94 V-2 flammability standards. The component is approved by CQC, CSA, ENEC, and UL, making it suitable for global applications.
Typical applications include electrical and electronic equipment, consumer goods, household appliances, medical devices, and data processing equipment. The operating temperature range is -25 °C to +85 °C, and the switch is rated for 10A (4A) at 250 VAC under ENEC, and 10A at 125 VAC / 8A at 250 VAC under UL specifications.
