The Schaffner FN9222B-6-06 is a filtered IEC 320-C14 power entry module designed for commercial and medical applications. It combines an IEC inlet and mains filter in a compact form factor. Rated for 6A continuous current at 250VAC (50/60Hz), it operates over a DC to 400Hz frequency range. The module features a panel mount, flange design with 0.250" (6.3mm) quick connect terminals and a rectangular panel cutout of 28.50mm x 21.50mm. It offers a bleed resistor and supports front or rear side mounting. The plastic housing meets UL94 V-0 flammability rating, and the unit provides IP40 ingress protection. High potential test voltage between line and protective earth is 2500VAC for the medical (B) version. MTBF exceeds 3,040,000 hours at 50°C/230V. Approvals include CQC, CSA, ENEC, and UL, compliant with UL 1283, CSA 22.2 No. 8, and IEC/EN 60939 standards.
