The Schaffner FN2090LL-16-06 is a very high performance single-phase two-stage EMC/RFI filter designed for AC/DC applications. It is rated for a continuous operating voltage of 250 VAC/VDC and a nominal voltage of 230 VAC, with a rated current of 16 A at 40°C ambient temperature. The filter operates over a frequency range from DC to 400 Hz.
This filter provides very high differential and common-mode attenuation. It features a total inductance of 4 mH per phase and meets dielectric strength requirements of 1100 VDC (P->N) and 2000 VAC (P->PE). The MTBF is greater than 1,100,000 hours at 40°C/230 V per Mil-HB-217F. It is certified to UL 1283, CSA 22.2 No. 8 1986, and IEC/EN 60939.
The FN2090LL-16-06 is designed for chassis mounting with quick connect terminals. It has an operating temperature range of -25°C to 100°C and a maximum altitude of 2000 m. The terminal plastic has a flammability rating of UL 94 V-0. It is suitable for general purpose applications requiring reliable EMI filtering.
