The Schaffner FN2080-3-06 is a single phase two-stage EMC/RFI filter designed for high differential and common-mode attenuation. It is rated for 3A continuous current at up to 250VAC or 250VDC, with an operating frequency range from DC to 400Hz. The filter provides good low frequency attenuation and is suitable for general purpose applications.
This filter features a chassis mount design with quick connect terminals for easy installation. It operates over a temperature range of -25°C to +100°C and is approved to CSA, ENEC, and UR standards. The high pot test voltage is 2000VAC from line to ground and 1100VDC from line to neutral.
With an MTBF greater than 1,650,000 hours at 40°C and 230V, the FN2080-3-06 offers reliable performance. It meets overvoltage category II and pollution degree 2 per IEC 60664-1, and is rated for altitudes up to 2000 meters.
