The Sanken FMX-G22S is a fast recovery diode rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200V and an average forward current of 10A. It features a maximum forward voltage drop of 0.98V at 25°C and 10A, and a typical forward voltage drop of 0.77V at 100°C. The diode achieves a maximum reverse recovery time of 30ns under standard test conditions, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.
Designed for use as a secondary-side rectifier in flyback and LLC converters, as well as a freewheel diode in offline buck and buck-boost converters, the FMX-G22S offers low loss and ultrafast switching. The device is housed in a TO-220-2 Full Pack (TO220F-2L) through-hole package, with a junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and a thermal resistance of 4.0°C/W.
The diode is RoHS compliant and has a flammability rating equivalent to UL94V-0. It is not qualified for automotive use.
The maximum reverse recovery time is 30 ns under test conditions I_F = 500 mA, I_RP = 500 mA, 90% recovery point, at T_J = 25°C.
The FMX-G22S is housed in a TO-220-2 Full Pack (TO220F-2L) through-hole package.
