The FMX-G14S is a fast recovery diode manufactured by Sanken Electric, designed for high frequency rectification applications. It offers a maximum peak reverse voltage of 400V and an average forward current of 5A at a case temperature of 112.5°C. The diode features a low forward voltage drop of 1.3V maximum at 5A, and a fast reverse recovery time of 30ns (90% recovery point) ensuring efficient switching performance.
