The FMMTA92TA is a 300V PNP high voltage transistor from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general purpose switching and amplification. It offers a collector-emitter breakdown voltage (VCEO) of -300V and a continuous collector current (IC) of -200mA. DC current gain (hFE) is minimum 25 at Ic=30mA, Vce=10V, and collector-emitter saturation voltage is 500mV maximum at Ib=2mA, Ic=20mA. Transition frequency is 50MHz.
Power dissipation depends on PCB copper area: 0.31W on minimum recommended pad layout and 0.35W on 15mm x 15mm 1oz copper. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 403°C/W (min pad) or 357°C/W (15mm x 15mm). The device is rated for operating junction temperatures from -55°C to 150°C.
The transistor is housed in a SOT23-3 surface mount package with matte tin plated leads. It is RoHS3 compliant, totally lead-free, halogen and antimony free, and has Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL1) per J-STD-020. ESD ratings are 4kV Human Body Model and 400V Machine Model. The complementary NPN type is FMMTA42.
