The FMMT722TA is a PNP silicon low saturation transistor from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general-purpose switching and driver applications. It features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage (VCEO) of -70V minimum and a continuous collector current rating of -1.5A, with peak pulse capability up to -3A. The device offers low saturation voltage (260mV max at 1.5A) and high DC current gain (hFE min 300 at 100mA/5V), providing efficient operation in high-side driver and load disconnect switch circuits.
This transistor is housed in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 package with matte tin plated leads and gull-wing lead style, suitable for automated assembly. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for automotive reliability and is fully RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, halogen-free, and moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020.
