The FMMT718TA is a PNP silicon low saturation bipolar junction transistor manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It provides a collector-emitter voltage (BVCEO) greater than -20 V, a continuous collector current of -1.5 A, and a peak pulse collector current of -6 A.
