The FMMT597TA is a 300V PNP high voltage bipolar junction transistor manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for general purpose high voltage switching and amplification applications. The device offers a collector-emitter breakdown voltage (BVCEO) of -300V minimum and a continuous collector current rating of -0.2A. Peak pulse current capability is -1A. DC current gain (hFE) is a minimum of 100 at 50mA collector current and 10V VCE. The collector-emitter saturation voltage is typically 250mV at 20mA base current and 100mA collector current. Transition frequency is 75MHz, making it suitable for moderate frequency switching. Power dissipation is 500mW. The transistor is ESD rated to 4000V HBM (Class 3A) and 400V MM (Class C). The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The device is housed in a surface mount SOT23-3 package (also known as TO-236-3 or SC-59).
