The FMMT560QTA is a PNP high voltage bipolar junction transistor designed for automotive and industrial applications. With a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of -500V and continuous collector current of -150mA, it is suitable for high voltage switching and amplification circuits. The device features a DC current gain (hFE) of 80 minimum at 50mA and 10V, and a transition frequency of 60MHz. It is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, making it ideal for automotive systems. The transistor comes in a SOT23-3 surface mount package with matte tin plated leads, and is RoHS3 compliant and halogen-free. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and a power dissipation of 500mW.
