The FMMT494QTA is a 120V NPN silicon planar medium power transistor designed for automotive applications. It features a continuous collector current rating of 1A and a peak pulse current of 2A, making it suitable for medium power switching and amplification circuits. The device offers a DC current gain (hFE) of 100 minimum at 250mA, 10V, and a low VCE saturation voltage of 300mV at 500mA. With a transition frequency of 100MHz, it is capable of efficient high-frequency operation.
