The FMMT493TA is an NPN medium power bipolar junction transistor from Diodes Incorporated. It features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage (BVCEO) greater than 100V and a continuous collector current rating of 1A, with a peak pulse current capability of 2A. The device dissipates up to 500mW of power.
Designed for general-purpose switching and amplification, the transistor offers a DC current gain (hFE) of at least 100 at 250mA collector current and 10V VCE.
