The FMMT3904TA is an NPN silicon planar switching transistor from Diodes Incorporated. It features a 40V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a continuous collector current of 200mA. The device offers a DC current gain (hFE) of 100 minimum at 10mA collector current and 1V Vce, and a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of 0.2V at 10mA/1mA. With a transition frequency of 300MHz, it is suitable for switching and amplification applications up to moderate frequencies. The transistor is housed in a SOT-23-3 surface mount package, which is also known as TO-236-3 and SC-59.
